Things to do at home

During Covid-19 we all learned how to do things differently when we couldn’t get out to meet in person, we also know that sometimes carers struggle to get out of the house to attend groups or social activities due to their caring responsibilities.

The Carers’ Centre is always there to listen and advice if you are unable to meet in person. Our Advice Line (0191 643 2298) and we are open:

  • Monday to Wednesday 10am – 4pm
  • Thursday 1pm – 4pm
  • Friday 10am – 4pm
