Young Adult Carers Group

The Young Adult Carers Group is an informal group and provides an opportunity for young adult carers between the ages of 16-25 years to spend time with people who understand what it means to be a carer, and to be moving on to the next stage of their life; whether that is training, education or work.

It’s a place to make friends, have some fun and should you wish to, talk about your caring role.

The group currently meets every other Tuesday from 6.00pm to 7.30pm at Shiremoor Children’s Centre.  For more information please contact Lucy on 0191 2496480.
