Change the lives of young & adult carers
Each year we work very hard to raise funds to support the charity to continue providing vital support to carers in the borough. We know that many people contribute to their favourite charities and even a small amount will help us to change the lives of young and adult carers.

Leaving A Gift in your Will
A legacy is a very special way of supporting North Tyneside Carers’ Centre, which involves leaving a gift donation in your will. It’s easy to include a gift in your will but you should always consult a professional such as a solicitor or financial adviser to be sure your will reflects your exact intentions, and you understand tax implications. A legacy of any size really makes a difference in our ability to support carers in North Tyneside.
If you would like to find out more about leaving a legacy to North Tyneside Carers’ Centre, please contact our Chief Executive on (0191) 643 2298.
Arranging ‘In Memory’ of a Loved One
When a loved one dies you may wish to suggest that mourners give an ‘In Memory’ donation to North Tyneside Carers’ Centre, instead of flowers at the funeral. Making gifts in memory can be arranged through your funeral director or sent directly to North Tyneside Carers’ Centre.
Please send cheques payable to North Tyneside Carers’ Centre to: North Tyneside Carers’ Centre, 3rd Floor, YMCA Building, Church Way, North Shields, NE29 0AB.
Go Raise – Don’t just buy it, raise funds to support us with it!!
Doing the weekly grocery shop? Booking a holiday? Buying anything at all online? If everyone took part we could raise £1000s every year, simply in retailer donations, generated by ordinary, everyday shopping.
We’ve signed up to a great new way of raising funds for the Centre and we hope you’ll support us by taking part. Over 3,000 retailers – including M&S, John Lewis, Argos, Sports Direct & Expedia – will give North Tyneside Carers’ Centre a free donation every time you shop with them, at no additional cost to you!
Visit www.goraise.co.uk/ntcarers and sign up for free.
Once you have done this simply click through to all your favourite online retailers and shop as normal. A donation is generated automatically when you make a purchase and Go Raise will pass this on to us. No catches or extra costs. It’s that simple! Help make a big difference, without any extra effort.
