Join us for our popular Mindfulness sessions, starting 19th August 6.30pm – 7.30pm.

The sessions will run for 6 weeks looking at different areas of reflection, resilience and gratitude. We learn about “Habit Releasers for sleep”, “Monkey Minds”, “How to focus in this age of distraction” and “Where does the time Fly” to give you a taster of what we cover.

We understand it can be difficult for carers to commit each week, if you can only join us for a few weeks – we’d be delighted to welcome you. These sessions will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. To participate, you will need internet access and a smartphone, laptop, computer or tablet with a webcam that you can use during the session.
