Carer Peer Support Group

Our informal Carer Support group runs every Tuesday between 2.30 and 4pm via Microsoft Teams.

The group is a safe, welcoming virtual meet-up for any adult carer who feels that they would benefit from chatting to other carers for support and information.

All welcome, just bring yourself (online) and settle down with a cup of tea or coffee. Share as much – or as little – as you like. This session will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. To participate, you will need internet access and a smartphone, laptop, computer or tablet with a webcam that you can use during the session.
