Join our discussion with professionals on mental health and young carers and how we can share resources to help support you and your family.
7th, 8th and 9th October
We will be making positivity boxes, creating an A-Z of feelings we all share to better understand our own mental health and taking part in a range of mental wellbeing-focused activities with young carers from age 5 – 16.
Saturday 10th October
To mark World Mental Health Day we’ll be hosting a workshop at 2pm focused on: Understanding your wellbeing and the wellbeing of others for young carers aged 11+ on anxiety, self care and wellbeing.
Our Guest Speaker will be hosting a creativity workshop for young carers aged 11+
