Mental Health Carer Walk and Talk Group

Walk and Talk with fellow carers of someone with a mental health condition. Take the opportunity to chat, relax and have a break from caring at these monthly walks. The walk follows Longsands Beach and ends at a cafe for some well-earned coffee and cake. 

When: Fourth Thursday of each month

Time: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Where: Outside The Gibraltar Rock, Tynemouth
