We’re delighted to announce the return of our popular “Five Ways to Wellbeing” sessions. The aim of these sessions is to help carers reduce loneliness and isolation.

Join us for Session One on 10th September, 2pm – 3pm via Microsoft Teams.

Subsequent Sessions:
17th September
24th September
1st October
8th October

Each session is planned around the NHS 5 steps to wellbeing which are: Connecting – Being Active – Learning a new skill – Thoughts and Feelings – Giving.

These sessions are available to all carers, from a range of backgrounds. The sessions are informal and a positive space. To sign up for one, or all of the sessions (joining us for all five is recommended) please email: enquiries@ntcarers.co.uk or call us on 0191 643 2298.
