Carers Week – Dementia Carers Wellbeing Session

Take some time for yourself and enjoy a shoulder massage, neck massage or get creative and

paint a pot to take home with you. Get in touch and share which of the activities

you would like to enjoy. These activities are for Dementia Carers only.
