All Carers Peer Support Group
We have two all carers peer support groups (a daytime and evening one) for adult carers caring for a loved one with any disability, illness, mental health condition or substance misuse.
These groups offer a safe space to meet other carers, make friends and have a break from your caring role.
All Carers Group (daytime)
The daytime all carers peer support group meets from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm on the following Tuesdays:
10 March, 14 April, 12 May and 9 June
Evening All Carers Group
The evening all carers peer support group meets from 5.30 pm to 7.00 pm at the Whitley Bay Big Local on the following Tuesdays:
3 March, 7 April, 5 May and 2 June
