Carers Invited To Attend First Aid Training With St John’s Ambulance
North Tyneside Carers’ Centre will be welcoming members of staff from St John’s Ambulance to deliver first aid training to carers.
This session is designed to give carers the confidence to be able to cope with a first aid emergency at home.
The topics it will cover include:
• CPR
• Choking
• Burns prevention and treatment
• Minor injuries
• Recognising the signs of a stroke

Location: North Tyneside Carers’ Centre, 3rd Floor, YMCA Building, Church Way, North Shields.
Timing: 1.30pm – 3pm.
