As a volunteer with North Tyneside Carers Centre you will become part of a friendly team who make a real difference to the lives or carers in North Tyneside.  Volunteers provide emotional support; practical advice; help with activities/social events so that carers can have time away from their caring roleWe have a variety of volunteer roles available, including

• Carer support including activities for young carers
• Training
• Outreach and Marketing
• Administration
• Information and Advice

Training will be given where needed and out of pocket expenses will be paid.

Volunteers will:

• Help carers in the community
• Learn new skills
• Meet new people and make some great friends
• Have fun!
• Get a reference and possibly a qualification
