During the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown, we’re delivering our much-needed services differently. We recognise the extreme stress and strain carers are under in “normal” times nevermind during lockdown which is why we’re taking our peer support groups online for those who wish to access them.
Our mental health carer virtual support group takes place monthly 5pm – 6pm via Microsoft Teams. Join us for our next group on the 22nd October.
This session will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. To participate, you will need internet access and a smartphone, laptop, computer or tablet with a webcam that you can use during the session. If you’d like more information about how to use Microsoft Teams please visit: https://www.northtynesidecarers.org.uk/getting-online/
