Our Young Carers’ Project can help you in many ways;
Listen to what you have to say; you might want to talk about how you feel
Speak to your teacher; it’s important someone at school knows that you are helping to look after someone in your family
Talk to your family; come and meet you and your parents to answer any questions you might have
Help your family to find more help if they want it; other people might be able to help your family, we can get in touch with them
Activities; have some fun and meet other children
Make new friends; meet other children who help to look after someone because they have a disability or have been unwell for a long time
