Take a look at the self help group for parents of children who have ADHD. It meets twice a month at the Carers Centre in North Shields. The group meets on the second Wednesday of the month from 10 am to 12 noon and the fourth Wednesday of the month in the evening from 6.30 pm to 8pm.
