North Tyneside Carers’ Centre is committed to providing services that meet your needs as a carer.  At times we may get this right and being human there may be occasions where we make mistakes.  Your views and experiences of the centre help us provide you with the best support we possibly can.

If you wish to raise a formal compliant about any of our services, please do so in writing to Claire Easton, Centre Manager at the centre and your complaint will be investigated in line with the centre’s Complaints Policy.
