How We Provide Support

We recognise that carers have different needs and need to access support in different ways depending on their caring situation.  Therefore we can offer you:

Advice and Information Sessions – regular sessions are held at different community venues at different times throughout the borough of North Tyneside to ensure you can access support closer to home.   Please click to find a venue close to where you live and ring the centre to book your appointment.

Home visits – if you are unable to leave the person you are caring for we may be able to arrange for a Carer Support Worker to visit you in your own home at a time which is convenient to you.

Centre visits – You can call into the centre at any time to access advice, information and guidance. Please see our opening times.

Telephone support – You can ring the centre anytime you simply want a chat, to offload or you need information and/or advice.  Please check our opening times.

Text support – You can text the centre on 07925 460246 if you prefer to access text support.
